Rosy Muzika, aPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rosy is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CAP Tulsa since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AAON, Inc. where they held two positions - Human Resources Generalist from July 2021 to July 2022 and Human Resources Assistant from July 2019 to July 2021.

Rosy's career began in 2008 with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA, where they served as a Group Fitness Instructor. Over the years, they demonstrated their entrepreneurial skills by organizing community events, marketing their services, recruiting and retaining clients, and providing fitness services to various locations. In 2013, they opened their own fitness studio and managed a fitness studio in 2015. Rosy held this position until August 2021.

Rosy attended the University of Maryland from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Management Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to their time at the University of Maryland, Rosy Muzika studied at Tulsa Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.

In addition to their formal degrees, Rosy Muzika has also obtained various certifications. In 2019, they became a certified Health & Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. That same year, they also achieved the certification of Group Fitness Instructor (GEI) from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA. Continuing to broaden their skillset, they completed a course titled "Human Resources for Anyone with Newly Assigned HR Responsibilities" through Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in 2020. As their career in human resources progressed, they achieved the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Specialist certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
