Sarah Block

Sarah Block has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sarah began their career as an Overseeing Nursery Attendant at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in 2008. Sarah then worked as a Monorail Pilot at Walt Disney World from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they established their own business, Block Business Solutions, LLC, where they worked as an Accountant until 2013. During this time, they also gained experience as a Tax Intern at Eide Bailly LLP for a few months in 2013. In 2012, Sarah served as a Campus Ambassador for Becker Professional Education. Sarah continued working with Becker Professional Education in 2014 as a Student Blogger. From 2013 to 2015, they took on the role of an Audit Associate at BKD CPAs & Advisors. Sarah joined CAP Tulsa in 2016, where they started as a Budget and Reporting Analyst. Sarah then progressed to become a Team Lead, overseeing reporting and budgeting, from 2018 to 2020. Sarah's most recent role at CAP Tulsa is Manager of Reporting and Budgeting, which they started in December 2020.

Sarah Block obtained their Associate in Science degree in Accounting from Tulsa Community College in 2010. Sarah then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting at Northeastern State University from 2010 to 2012. The next step in their education was earning a Master of Accountancy degree at The University of Tulsa from 2012 to 2013.
