Michaela Gwilliam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in travel services and graphic design. As the Owner & Designer of Mic's Paints since October 2011, Michaela has utilized graphic design skills to create hand-painted art for both domestic clients and local businesses. In recent roles, Michaela served as a Travel Services Executive at MSG Tours Ltd for the France 2023 Rugby World Cup and as an Accommodation Coordinator during the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Previous experience includes positions at Abercrombie & Kent Europe Limited, England Rugby Travel, and other travel-related firms, focusing on supplier negotiation, accommodation procurement, and client relations. Michaela's early career involved customer service and administrative roles in the travel industry.
