Lars Stegmann [Dipl.ing./Mba]

Lars Stegmann is an experienced executive and consultant for international markets. Lars held various positions in management at Molex from January 1998 to June 2015. From June 2015 to July 2020, they served as the Managing Director at Stegmann-Consulting, an engineering consulting and business solution partner. During this time, they also worked as an independent manufacturer representative at Phoenix Contact, leading the digital transformation and development of industry 4.0 solutions. From August 2020 to May 2023, Lars served as the Vice President & General Manager of Europe Middle East and Africa at C&K. Currently, starting from May 2023, they are the CEO of CAP-XX Limited.

Lars Stegmann's education history is as follows:

- From 1993 to 1998, Lars studied Electronics at the University of Kiel (Germany) and the University i Agder (Norway), earning a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.).

- In 2016, Lars completed an Executive Management Program in General Management & Leadership at the Boston Business School @ Harvard B.C. in Boston, USA.

- From 2017 to 2019, Lars pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Zürich International Business School (ZIBS).

- In 2019, Lars participated in a Manager Exchange Program in China, carried out by the China Center of Small Medium Enterprises & GIZ, and obtained a degree from M.I.I.T. of V.R. of China.

- Lars also completed several certification programs, including "Humanity and Nature in Chinese Thought" from The University of Hong Kong in April 2020, "Venture Capital" from RWTH Aachen University in March 2020, "Mergers & Acquisitions" from Zürich International Business School (ZIBS) in November 2019, "Internet of Things: Business Implications and Opportunities" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in October 2019, and "Executive Management Program" from the Boston Business School in May 2017.
