Calista Dowdy has been serving as a Job Developer at Capabilities, Inc. since October 2015, offering expertise in job placement and vocational support. Previous experience includes roles as a Program Assistant at Van Wert YMCA and Admissions Specialist at Ridgeview Behavioral Hospital in 2015, as well as a Unit Clerk at Ridgeview Hospital from January 2014 to May 2015. Calista interned at the Center for Career and Vocation at Bluffton University, focusing on event marketing and data management from August 2011 to May 2015. Additionally, experience at Eaton involved assembly line work, emphasizing teamwork and machine operations. Calista holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Education and a minor in Psychology from Bluffton University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Health at The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health.
