Hena Sugudhav is currently the Chief Operating Officer and COPC Implementation Leader at Capability BPO™ since July 2020. Prior to this role, Hena held the position of Director of Operations at Debt-IN from August 2008 to August 2022. Hena obtained a Diploma in Management (MDP) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2016, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2007. Hena completed their Matric at Marburg Secondary in 2000.
