Andrew Philip

Andrew joined Capability Scotland in July 2018 as Director of Finance & Corporate Resources. He has overall responsibility for leading and developing the departments within his Directorate, including Finance, Human Resources, Property, ICT, Health and Safety, Fundraising and Retail.

Andrew is an established leader with over 20 years financial management experience and leadership gained within the NHS, Further Education and Charity sectors. He was previously Director of Corporate Services with Sacro, a community justice organisation, where he had responsibility for a portfolio including Finance, HR and IT. Prior to that, he was Director of Finance & Estates at West Lothian College having commenced his career in NHS Grampian.
