Claire Little

Claire Little has over 18 years of experience in human resources within the social care and hospitality sectors. Since December 2010, Claire has held the position of HR Manager at Capability Scotland, where responsibilities have included strategic HR planning and personnel management. Prior to this role, Claire served as an HR Adviser at the same organization. Claire's experience also includes serving as an HR Officer at Castle Rock Edinvar/Places for People Scotland Care & Support from May 2007 to December 2010, and as an Assistant Personnel & Training Manager at Paramount Hotels in Edinburgh from 2004 to 2007.
