Jesse Brennan

Jesse Brennan is a founding engineer at Capabuild, Inc. since July 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including software engineer at the UC Santa Cruz Genomics Institute from May 2018 to July 2022, and research assistant at UCSC Genomics Institute from November 2016 to March 2018, where development of Toil was a key contribution. Earlier roles included residential assistant at UC Santa Cruz from September 2014 to June 2016, and a farm and garden intern at CASFS, along with a position as a teaching assistant at Adelanté, where tutoring underprivileged Latino students in mathematics was undertaken. Jesse Brennan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 2013 to 2017.
