Ian McDonald

Ian McDonald, MBA, CPA is a proactive and experienced Founder & CEO of Paddle before the Wave. Ian currently serves as Executive in Residence at Capacity Canada where Ian supports Canadian charities. With a background in corporate innovation, marketing, and product management, Ian has held leadership positions at companies like Communitech, BlackBerry, and TD. Ian holds a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant degree from CPA Ontario and an MBA & CMA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
