John Kohnstamm, SIOR is a Principal Broker and Managing Director with extensive experience in office leasing and investment sales. John has worked at Capacity Commercial Group LLC since May 2005. Prior to this, John held positions at Colliers International and Grubb & Ellis Company. John also worked as a Vice President, specializing in office leasing and land sales in Northern Virginia. John holds a BS in Economics/political science from Colorado College.
