Rachel Chauvin CPM is an experienced project and property manager with a robust background in commercial real estate management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Capacity since September 2023, Rachel previously held the role of Property Manager at BKM Management Company from August 2022 to October 2023. Rachel's extensive experience includes over ten years at Shorenstein Realty Services as an Assistant Property Manager, overseeing operations and team management for a significant commercial office complex. Rachel has also held property management positions at CBRE and Archstone, beginning a career in real estate with Archon Group. Rachel earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management between 2012 and 2015.
