Currently serving as Head of Sales at Capacity since August 2024, Jay previously led sales efforts at SmartAction, achieving over 100% year-over-year acquisition growth and successfully integrating teams post-M&A. As Regional Vice President of Sales at LiveVox, Jay focused on new customer acquisitions and earned recognition in the Achievers Club. At Nextiva, as Sr. Director of Sales, Jay managed a team of 80, significantly surpassing market growth expectations. Jay also co-founded First Day Social, taking the startup to over $2M in annual revenue and achieving profitability within the first year.
