Bill Krapf

Bill is an accomplished commercial real estate executive, relying on over ­­­­thirty years of experience in the commercial construction, property management, and land development industries to consistently deliver on the vision of Capano Management ownership.

Responsible throughout the life cycle of every new and existing project, Bill provides determined, supportive leadership to his team of 14 direct reports, the balance of the Capano executive team, and third party partners such as lenders, design teams, local municipalities, and state agencies. Bill guides and connects these teams through the successful acquisition, design, financing, construction, management, and redevelopment as required, of an extensive existing and growing portfolio.

Utilizing a holistic approach to the development of Class-A real estate, and working directly with ownership, Bill drives the company's corporate strategy to deliver sustainable, innovative, and proven models of successful CRE developments. Under his continuing stewardship, Capano Management is well-positioned to continue to thrive.

Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
