Agnieszka Wodecka

Agnieszka Wodecka has extensive work experience in human resources, working in various roles and positions. Agnieszka began their career at Accord Group as an Associate Consultant before moving to SMG/KRC Human Resources Sp. z o.o. as a Consultant in the Search&Selection department. Agnieszka then joined KappAhl as an HR Manager, where they worked for thirteen years. Following their time at KappAhl, they worked as an HR Manager at Technicolor for two years. Agnieszka'smost recent position is at CAPAROL Polska Sp. z o.o. as the HR Director.

Agnieszka Wodecka completed a Master's degree in Zarządzanie i marketing at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1993 to 1998. From 2006 to 2007, they also attended Szkoła Trenerów Biznezu, Moderator Wrocław. Agnieszka further pursued postgraduate studies in Labor Law at the University of Warsaw from 2014 to 2015.
