Krista Yancey

Krista Yancey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and family law. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Manager and Counsel at CapCenter since February 2019, Krista has also held roles such as Closing Operations Manager and Real Estate Attorney within the company. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Compton & Duling LC, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of domestic relations. Krista's legal career is further supported by roles in various legal clinics and internships, including positions as Teaching Assistant and Law Student Associate at the University of Richmond Jeanette Lipman Family Law Clinic.
