Carl Johnsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carl began their career in 2010 with the Swedish Armed Forces, where they worked as a military service member and developed skills in team collaboration and performing tasks under pressure. In 2013, they served as an ambassador for Aktiespararna, an organization focused on providing valuable information to small investors.

In 2014, Carl worked as an accounting analyst for The Rural Economy and Agricultural Societies, participating in a research project on Lean production in agribusiness. Carl interviewed farmers and analyzed financial data to assess the impact of Lean thinking on profitability and efficiency.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a bank teller at Sparbanken Skaraborg, where they assisted customers with various banking matters and honed their customer service skills.

In 2016, Carl joined EY as an auditor, specializing in real estate and construction companies. Carl audited financial statements and gained knowledge in accounting standards such as K2, K3, and IFRS.

Following their time at EY, they joined LRF Konsult in 2017 as an accountant, working with both LLCs and sole traders. Carl managed accounting, reconciled accounts receivables and payables, and executed payments to suppliers and tax authorities.

In 2019, Carl transitioned to Transdev Sverige AB as a junior business controller. Carl analyzed monthly results, reported to the CEO, and contributed to the budget and forecast process.

Most recently, in 2020, Carl joined Capcito as a business controller. Carl focused on financial controlling, recruitment, and building the finance team. Additionally, they worked on feature requirements for their internal platform for credit assessment.

Throughout their career, Carl has demonstrated a strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting, and team collaboration.

Carl Johnsson has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Carl then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. In 2014, they also briefly attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, focusing on Finance but did not obtain a degree from there.
