Mitch Greenspoon

Mitch Greenspoon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic direction, financing, and growth opportunities. Serving as Executive Chairman and co-founder of Capcium Inc. since April 2018, Mitch has overseen the company’s strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Mitch was President of GI SPORTZ from October 2011 to April 2018, focusing on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and legal matters. Mitch also held the position of Managing Director at Macquarie Group from January 1998 to November 2010, leading the Investment Banking division for Quebec and TMET. Mitch holds a BCL.LLB in Law from McGill University, graduated in 1983.
