Nancy Sylvia

Nancy Sylvia is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Capco since July 2024, Nancy previously held the position of Human Resources Team Lead at Live Connections from March 2021 to December 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Olympic Warehouse from May 2020 to March 2021. Academically, Nancy holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Human Resources Management from VELS University, where studies were completed from August 2018 to June 2020. Additionally, Nancy earned a Bachelor's degree in Job-Seeking/Changing Skills from Fatima College Madurai between 2015 and 2018.
