Ridha Abidshah

Ridha Abidshah is a seasoned professional in human resources and social services, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Cape Abilities since October 2022, where responsibilities include ensuring staff training is current and comprehensive. Previously, Ridha held roles at Cape Abilities as a CBDS Manager and CBDS Lead, focusing on enriching community connections for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
