Matthew Cole

Matt Cole has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt started their career at Turner Construction as a Project Superintendent from 2000 to 2008. In 2006, they also established their own real estate firm, M.H. Cole Real Estate, LLC. In 2008, Matt joined Cape Associates, Inc. where they held various roles including Vice President and later, President & CEO. Matt'sresponsibilities at Cape Associates included senior management operations, business development, operations oversight, and strategic planning. Matt also served as the Director of the YMCA of Cape Cod from 2010 to 2018. Additionally, they were involved with Cape Cod Young Professionals, serving as President from 2012 to 2013 and as Director & Treasurer from 2010 to 2012.

Matt Cole attended Bucknell University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
