Providing our 19 member school districts on Cape Cod with a flexible and evolving range of high-quality and cost-effective programs and services.

Currently, the Collaborative provides a wide range of services to students and staff. Our student services include: alternative education programs for low incident, special needs populations; programs for the multi-handicapped; therapy and services for students requiring specialized support; and a full range of transportation services for both the special needs and general education population. 

We coordinate collegial sharing opportunities for school administrators and various professional groups, conduct executive searches and offer professional development and training opportunities for the educators and support personnel of our member districts.

The Management and Operations team at Cape Cod Collaborative oversees the administrative and logistical aspects of the organization. This includes managing human resources functions, ensuring efficient business operations, overseeing special projects, coordinating transportation services, and supporting the effective delivery of specialized student programs and professional development initiatives. Their collaborative efforts aim to maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence for the 19 member school districts.

Management and Operations

The Teachers team at Cape Cod Collaborative is responsible for delivering tailored educational programs to a diverse group of students across the member school districts. This includes teaching English Language Arts and English as a Second Language, as well as providing specialized instruction for students with unique learning needs. The team works collaboratively to ensure each student receives high-quality, individualized education that supports their academic growth and development.
