Todd Fell

Todd Fell possesses extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as a Senior Costpoint Payroll/Labor Specialist at Cape Fox Shared Services since November 2020. Prior to this, Todd worked at C2 Essentials, Inc. as a Payroll Specialist from October 2011 to November 2020, processing payroll for various companies. Todd’s career began at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included daily payroll processes and quality control checks. Additional experience includes administrative support roles for Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and SAIC, as well as an internship with the Norfolk Admirals Hockey Club. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Old Dominion University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
