Becca Locklear

Becca Locklear is a seasoned professional in the fields of training, development, and human resources, currently serving as the Training and Development Leader at CapEd Federal Credit Union since November 2010, where Becca built the training department from inception and oversees its operations. Previous experience includes roles such as HR Specialist at CapEd Federal Credit Union, Training Specialist at Icon Credit Union, and Assistant Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase, showcasing strong leadership and communication skills.
