Nick Stephens

Nick Stephens, Esq. is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Shareholder at Capehart Scatchard since July 2022. Previously, Nick held the position of Assistant State's Attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and gained valuable experience as a legal intern at various prestigious organizations, including the United States Attorneys' Offices and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Nick's early career includes roles in project management and leadership development, particularly with the student-athlete program at Lehigh University, where Nick was a co-captain and played as a Division I athlete. Nick holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Lehigh University.
