Gladys Gafrey-Umeh FCCA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting within the education sector. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Services at Capel Manor College since April 2019, Gladys has previously held significant roles at Waltham Forest College, including Head of Finance and Deputy Head of Finance, where responsibilities encompassed financial statement preparation, treasury management, and budgetary control. Additional experience includes positions as College Accountant and Treasurer/Accountant, focusing on fixed assets, taxation, and charity accounting. Gladys also contributed to the ACCA as President of the North London Network from 2011 to 2013 and holds an ACCA degree from Kaplan.
