Shabbir Shaikh

Shabbir Shaikh has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Shabbir began their career as a Project Co-Ordinator at Al Asbab FZ LLC in 2008. In 2010, they joined MphasiS as a Specialization Infrastructure Engineer, where their roles and responsibilities included coordinating implementation of Add/Change/Disconnect activities for switched and dedicated services such as voice and data Private Lines, ISDN, Frame Relay, ATM, MPLS etc. and circuit provisioning & commissioning. In 2014, they moved to Capella Solutions as an IT Service Management Lead, where they were responsible for building customer service management portfolio, such as KPI definition and SLA reporting, and chairing service reviews (from SLA perspective).

Shabbir Shaikh's education history includes a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Gogte College of Commerce from 2003-2005, and prior to that, attendance at CSI College of Commerce from 2003-2004.
