Allison Wettach is a seasoned Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently at Capella Space since August 2021, Allison oversees technical programs, building on a prior role as a Senior Aerospace Systems & Integration Engineer at BLUE ORIGIN. From November 2016 to October 2020, Allison served as a Technical Program Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation, leading the lunar surface habitat development program and managing systems architecture. This followed a position as a Systems Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation, where key thermal control systems for the Dream Chaser spacecraft were designed and managed. Earlier experience includes a Mechanical Design Engineer role at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, leading initiatives for the 777X wing production, and a mechanical design position at Escape Dynamics, Inc., focusing on novel rocket propulsion systems.
