Melinda Jacobsen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Capella Space since November 2022, Melinda previously worked at the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC) as a Software Engineer from June 2019 to October 2022. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Raytheon from April 2017 to June 2019 and General Dynamics Mission Systems from May 2000 to September 2015, as well as a Software Engineer role at Smiths Detection from September 2015 to April 2017. Melinda holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, completed in 2004 and 2000, respectively.
