Dr. Chris Fichera

Dr. Chris Fichera, DBA, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Quantum Research International, focused on supporting land-based and space programs for the USSF, USAF, Army, and Navy since September 2021. In addition, Dr. Fichera has been a faculty member at Capella University since October 2015, teaching Analytics and MBA Capstone courses while also tutoring in FlexPath for the School of Business. With extensive experience in project and program management across various companies, including Odyssey Systems, KBRwyle, and Honeywell Technology Solutions, Dr. Fichera has managed multiple significant projects, contributing to substantial revenues. Dr. Fichera's background includes a Doctor of Business Administration in Project Management from Capella University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology, among other academic achievements.
