Kimberly Smith, a seasoned professional in behavior analysis, currently serves as a Behavior Analysis Teaching Intern at Capella University, providing supplemental teaching sessions and online instruction for Master's level courses. Kimberly has vast experience as the Clinical Director of Behavior Services at ALWAYS PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE, LLC., overseeing department development, employee management, compliance, and staff training. Kimberly also holds leadership roles as both the LRC Chair and LRC Member for the Local Review Committee with APD, focusing on behavior program integrity and compliance.
