Maria Paradiso

Maria Paradiso is an experienced educator and social worker with a diverse background in curriculum development and training within higher education and social services. Currently serving as a Trainer and Curriculum Developer at the Research Foundation of The City University of New York since July 2019, Maria also holds roles as Adjunct Faculty and Field Advisor at the Silberman School of Social Work and as an Adjunct Instructor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Previous positions include College Lecturer at Ocean County College, Social Worker at Pennswood Village, and various teaching roles at Southern New Hampshire University, Temple University, and Rutgers School of Social Work. Maria's professional focus includes the development of state-wide training initiatives for child welfare in New Jersey, and a strong educational foundation with MSW and BSW degrees from Rutgers School of Social Work and LaSalle University, respectively, alongside a certificate in Health and Nutrition Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
