Melissa Hesse, DM/IST, currently serves as the Technical Enablement Director at Forward Networks, Inc. since May 2025. In addition, Melissa is a Part-time Facilitator and Course Development Subject Matter Expert for IT Security Fundamentals at Capella University and an Adjunct Professor at the College of Central Florida. Previous roles include Support Enablement Manager at Okta, Senior Technical Support Engineer/Technical Trainer at General Dynamics Mission Systems, and Sr. Course Developer/Technical Trainer at Aceotech/DOD Training Center. Melissa possesses extensive experience in technical training and course development, having delivered various cybersecurity training programs and developed educational content for multiple institutions. Melissa holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership focused on Information Systems and Technology, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, all from the University of Phoenix.
