Victor Manet

Victor Manet currently serves as Responsable du développement at CAPELLI, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Victor was at Marignan from August 2019 to July 2023, where roles included Responsable Développement Foncier and Prospecteur foncier, focusing on real estate development on private lands, including urban planning analysis, landowner negotiations, financial assessments, and project presentations to local authorities. Prior experiences include positions at OMNIUM in early 2019, supporting commercial real estate affairs, and various summer roles at Crédit Agricole and AK.SO.Conseils, which involved client relations and real estate consulting. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Aménagement et Promotion Immobilière from GROUPE ESPI and has multiple qualifications in real estate and management from institutions such as Campus Sciences-U Lyon and iaelyon School of Management.
