Gaugarin Oliver is the current CEO of CapeStart and a previous President of TiE-Boston. Gaugarin has also held the position of VP - Global Head of PR Services at NASDAQ OMX.

Gaugarin has been instrumental in the growth and development of multiple companies. Gaugarin played a key role in the acquisition of Thomson Reuters Corp's investor relations, public relations and multimedia services units by NASDAQ. As the general manager with global P&L responsibility for the PR Services business, they were responsible for the integration of multiple assets, future roadmap and growth of the business.

At CapeStart, they have continued their successes, leading the company to becoming one of the premier providers of early stage funding and resources for entrepreneurs in New England. Under their guidance, CapeStart has helped launch and grow hundreds of startups in the region.

Gaugarin is a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and has dedicated their career to helping others realize their business dreams. Gaugarin is a driving force behind TiE-Boston, a non-profit organization that promotes entrepreneurship in New England. As President of TiE Boston, they oversee programs that facilitate networking, mentoring and incubating, in addition to angel investment and conferences. TiE Boston is the second largest chapter of TiE Global, which was founded in 1992 and has over 12,000 members, in 62 chapters, across 17 countries. TiE companies have created over $250 Billion in wealth for communities around the world.

Gaugarin Oliver has an Executive Education from Harvard Business School in Business, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Oklahoma, and a B.E in Electronics & Communications from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
