Michael Konczey

Michael K. currently serves as Chief of Staff at Capewell since July 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Transitioning Military Service Leader with the US Army from February to July 2023, and XO to the Commanding General at United States Forces Korea (USFK) from June 2020 to March 2023, where also served as USFK J35, CFC Deputy C35. Michael's earlier roles include Brigade Commander at the Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill, Director of TRADOC Capability Manager at the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, and Senior Live Fire Trainer at The National Training Center. Michael is a graduate of The United States Army War College with a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies and additionally holds a Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University, along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
