Lesley Mealor

Lesley Mealor is a seasoned professional in the dance industry, currently serving as the Fit and Wear Testing Manager at CAPEZIO since January 2024, where responsibilities include fitting footwear products and conducting focus groups with dancers. Mealor has co-hosted the successful podcast "Making the Impact" since January 2016, alongside Courtney Ortiz, focusing on dance competition topics and featuring industry experts. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager at New York City Dance Alliance, Event Manager at Spirit of Dance Awards, and Product Testing Coordinator at CAPEZIO, all reflecting a strong commitment to enhancing the dance experience. In addition, Mealor has contributed as an editor and writer for various dance publications and held positions as a competition adjudicator and dance educator. Mealor holds a Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts with a focus on Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University.
