Diana Alarcon

Diana Alarcon, currently serving as the Director of the Microsoft Business Unit at Appficiency Inc. since May 2021, has extensive experience in product management, corporate development, and supply chain management. At Capficiency Private Equity, Diana manages portfolio company profits and losses as a Private Equity Associate. Notably, during tenure at Apple, Diana led the successful product launch of a face shield PPE amid COVID-19 and implemented an employee pilot testing strategy. Prior roles at Procter & Gamble included Supply Chain Manager, where Diana oversaw a team of 19 and managed a $5 million budget, and Latin America Business Planning Manager, achieving significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. Diana holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, and a CORe credential from Harvard Business School Online.
