Kyle Richless is the Owner of The Revenue Trend, Partner at Exactius Capital Management, Operating Partner at The LegalTech Fund, Co-Founder of CapGains, Inc., and previously served as the Global Head of Business Development & Growth at Axiom. Kyle holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a concentration in venture financing, startup law & fund formation from Emory University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entrepreneurship & Finance from Penn State University.
