Alexandre Ryckman

Alexandre Ryckman is a Microsoft Platform Leader specializing in Digital Customer eXperience at Capgemini. Previously, they served as the CRM Dynamics Head and engaged in business development and team leadership roles. With extensive experience in project management and CRM solutions, Alexandre has contributed to various organizations, including GFI Software and CIMAIL Solutions. They hold a DUT in Statistics and Decision-Making Computing from IUT STID - LILLE II and are currently pursuing a Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Sciences at Lycée Jean Bart.
