Ashley A. Miller

Ashley A. Miller has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel for Financial Services and Head of Legal Operations for North America at Capgemini since November 2013. Previous roles at Capgemini include Associate General Counsel and Head of Legal Operations, as well as a brief secondment to the UK Legal Department. Prior to Capgemini, Ashley held positions at Quaker Chemical, providing global legal support, and at Towers Watson, where commercial contractual support was provided across multiple regions. Early career experiences include a Judicial Clerk position at the Family Court of the State of Delaware and a Legislative Intern role for the US House of Representatives. Ashley holds a J.D. from Widener University Schools of Law, with additional education from the University of Oxford, Arizona State University, Penn State University, and Muhlenberg High School.
