Frida Karlsson is currently the Talent Director at Capgemini Nordics, overseeing the Talent Management center of competence since 2023. Previously, Frida held several pivotal HR roles, including Head of HR at Sogeti from 2019 to 2022 and Head of HR Market Sweden at Capgemini from 2022 to 2023. Early in their career, Frida worked as an HR Project Leader at Cybercom Group and as a Junior HR Consultant at Anderssson & Dorsch AB. Frida earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Linköping University between 2010 and 2013.
