Giovana Vides

Giovana Vides has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, beginning as an intern with PARTNER Consultoria RH from April 2021 to September 2021. Following this role, Giovana advanced to People Human Resources, serving as a Tech Recruiter and later as a Leader in IT Recruitment from September 2021 to February 2022. Responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, aligning job profiles with managerial expectations, conducting strategic candidate sourcing across various sectors, and facilitating interviews and assessments. Currently, Giovana holds the position of Senior Tech Recruiter at Capgemini since July 2025. Prior to these roles, Giovana worked as an administrative assistant at Fresenius Kabi from November 2019 to April 2021. Giovana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Salgado de Oliveira, completed in 2022.
