James J. Farley

James J. Farley, known as Jim, is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Capgemini. Previously, they held roles such as Managing Counsel at Wolters Kluwer and Senior Counsel at Accenture, where they managed complex outsourcing transactions and supported key client relationships. Jim has also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, teaching technology transfer within the IP curriculum. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Salisbury University and are pursuing a Doctor of Law from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
