Estuardo R. Sierra has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Managing Counsel - Litigation at ExxonMobil since September 2008, overseeing international disputes and commercial litigation. Previously, Estuardo held several roles at ExxonMobil, including Managing Counsel for Corporate Strategic Planning and Downstream, providing strategic legal counsel across various business segments. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Chief Attorney for Upstream Africa operations and Counsel for exploration activities in Guyana, Colombia, and Uruguay. Estuardo also worked as Corporate Counsel for Wärtsilä, advising on strategic planning and commercial transactions in the Americas, and as an attorney at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, representing the agency in administrative hearings. Estuardo holds a Juris Doctor in International Law from American University and a BA in History/Political Science from Temple University.
