Jen Matney

Jen Matney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource management and demand planning, currently serving as a Director at Capgemini since March 2014. In this role, Matney leads the People Supply Chain for the Global SAP Practice and previously for the Global Quality Engineering & Testing Practice, managing over 1100 US-based and 5000 India-based professionals. Matney's achievements include a 26% year-over-year growth in 2021. Prior to this, as Associate Director, Matney oversaw the Global Demand for four business units, managing a team and substantial annual bookings. Matney's career also includes a role as Resource Manager at Rural Sourcing, Inc. and previous positions at Capgemini and RSC Equipment Rental, alongside a background in technical recruiting. Matney holds a degree in Business Communications from the University of Georgia.
