Lesley Bruce

Lesley Bruce has extensive experience in project and change management, with a strong background in training and development. At Capgemini, from January 2005 to 2007, Lesley served as Business Change Project Manager, overseeing a skill centre community related to multiple technical projects and implementing a business change management methodology within a large delivery organization. Prior to this, Lesley held various roles at EDS, including Operations Manager and Cost Centre Manager, with responsibilities spanning team leadership and HR management. Lesley holds a BA(Hons) in Business Information Technology, an MA in Human Resource Management, and an MSC in Human Resource Development and Organisational Change, all from the University of Wolverhampton.
