Mandar Nimbkar has over two decades of experience in the IT and engineering sectors, currently serving as Senior Director at Capgemini since April 2012, following the acquisition of Patni by iGate, where Mandar held positions as Senior Manager and Project Manager from 2005 to June 2012. Previous roles include Associate Vice President at Polaris Software Lab, Project Manager at Orbitech, and various engineering positions at Tech Mahindra, where Mandar advanced from Software Engineer to Software Design Engineer from 1996 to 2002.
