Murugan Pachaiyappan

Murugan Pachaiyappan currently serves as the Global Practice Operation Lead at Capgemini Invent since February 2023, overseeing hiring, team establishment, and capability building across various regions including India, North America, APAC, and the UK/Europe. Prior to this role, Murugan held multiple positions at Capgemini, including Director of Testing Practice Leader and Senior Director, and contributed as Sr. Manager for the Guidewire Testing practice. Murugan's earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where responsibilities involved testing shared services and establishing a Testing Center of Excellence, and as Program Manager at i2 Technologies, along with a role as Associate QA Manager. Murugan holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis International University and a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
