Pauline Lemele is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and contract management across various industries. Currently serving as Software Global Lead Buyer at Capgemini, Pauline has previously worked as Senior Infrastructure Category Buyer at Criteo, managing IT infrastructure purchases, and held roles at Innoha as L'Oréal's IT Global Contract Manager and Capgemini's Hardware Global Lead Buyer, where significant savings were achieved in global procurement operations.
